Workout

Some of you might’ve seen the Britney Spears workout that is making it’s way through fitspo’s on Tumblr. I did a variation of that workout today and was POURING sweat it was amazing.

30 min on the elliptical

25 crunches, 25 bicycle crunches, 25 hip raises

10 rows, 10 chest presses, 10 bicep curls, 10 chest flies, 10 tricep flies, 10 dips

25 crunches, 25 bicycle crunches, 25 hip raises

10 rows, 10 chest presses, 10 bicep curls, 10 chest flies, 10 tricep flies, 10 dips

10 min run on the treadmill

25 squats, 10 pushups

STRETCH!!!!!!

i’m exhausted after this can’t wait to take a nice relaxing bath lol. if you’re looking for some variation in your workout try this or try the actual Britney workout. i promise it gets the sweat flowing!!
